Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are expecting!
According to Huffington Post, Lively announced the exciting news today on her website, Preserve. In an article titled “Preserve Celebrations: Falling for Family,” the unnamed author briefly describes motherhood; the article is then followed by a series of photographs–of party decorations, fancy treats, and pregnant women cradling their plump stomachs. The final photograph, however, is of Lively looking down and holding her very own baby bump! See the photo below:

What a beautiful and surprising way for the famous couple to announce their pregnancy! If only Reynolds could have gotten in the picture!
Preserve hinted at an big announcement earlier this morning with a photo on their Instagram account, which was captioned, “Hmm… What’s that? Big news on www.Preserve.us Check it out… Who can find it first? #PreserveCelebration #bignews”:
Fans of Lively may have expected a pregnancy was coming; in an interview with Marie Clare, for their recent September issue, Lively, on the topic of having children with her husband, stated, “I gotta get started. If I could spit out a litter of kids, I would.”
