Adding seaweed to your diet is very beneficial for your health – it’s rich in vitamin A and omega-3 fatty acids – and now you can easily do so with Ocean’s Halo Seaweed Chips. An interesting take on chips, these baked treats are an excellent choice for a healthy snack and go great with dips. The crispy chips come in four different flavors for all types of snackers: Sea Salt, Hot & Spicy, Korean BBQ, and Chili Lime. Check out our thoughts in this Ocean’s Halo Seaweed Chips review.

I love trying new, healthy snacks and was delighted to find that these seaweed chips contain no preservatives, GMO ingredients, gluten, or MSG. After seeing them at my local Whole Foods, I have been curious to try them. I received all four flavors of chips to try out, and, being a dip-enthusiast, I decided to pair them with fresh guacamole. The Sea Salt flavored chips are lightly salted and are great for the simple snacker. For a kick of flavor, try the tangy Korean BBQ flavored chips that are seasoned with garlic and sesame. If you love spicy food like me, try the Hot & Spicy chips that leave a tingling, hot aftertaste. The guacamole paired best with the Chili Lime chips because the lime complimented the taste of the fresh avocado.

I enjoyed these crunchy, tasty snacks and am excited for the upcoming release of two new flavors: Sweet Onion and Texas BBQ. Ocean’s Halo Seaweed Chips can be purchased at supermarkets and online stores. To learn more about these healthy snacks, check out Oceanshalo.com, and remember: “Swim against the tide.
