Korrine Young: Yesterday Suede

Name the top three products you couldn’t live without this season.
Colorado is extremely dry, so I keep my hands and lips moisturized all day long with Aveda’s Hand relief and Lip Saver. For my face, I recently started using Kate Somerville Exfolikate mask. It is AMAZING! My skin is absolutely glowing after using this. I am so smitten with it that I’m thinking about cheating on Aveda and exploring some of her other products!

Any staple items that you think are winter must-haves? If so, why?
A leather jacket. Let’s be honest, in the winter we usually slack off on diet and exercise and all you want to do is feel comfy in the cold. It’s easy to fall into frump mode when you are battling 30-degree weather. Regardless of whatever frump outfit you are wearing, when you throw on a leather jacket and a scarf it’s like insta-sex appeal and insta-style. Zara has some nice ones at reasonable prices.

What’s your number one tip to feeling confident in what you’re wearing?
You have to love it. When you put it on, something inside has to say “Hell Yeah!” If you don’t get that feeling or if there are any doubts, take it off. You won’t be 100% confident and you will probably be comparing yourself to others. Comparison is the gateway to insecurity.

What is your favorite piece(s) from your wardrobe? Do explain.
Right now my two staples are gold studded earrings and my long camel coat, with the reason being that they are extremely versatile. I can wear sneakers, pumps, or booties and the coat and studs will create a classy and sophisticated look.
