Norwegian band Remington super 60 Releases new Single “I Won’t Change My Mind.” I Won’t Change My Mind is the second single from Norwegian band Remington super 60’s upcoming EP, due to be released February 2021. The theme of the EP as well as this song is very personal to the banddue to the breakup between Remington super 60’s producer Christoffer and singer Elisabeth. They are still good friends and have continued their musical work together.
Remington super 60 was founded by Christoffer Schou in 1999 as a bedroom DIY project, between 1999 and 2007 the band was very active on the indie scene with several albums and EPs released on various small labels around the world. The early music style was very inspired by 60s music such as Beach Boys and Burt Bacharach but with the addition of lots of Casio keyboard blips and beeps. Christoffer has an impressive collection of small Casio and Yamaha keyboards. This resulted in the band being labeled as a Casio pop band. After 2007 the band only gave a few life signs every now and then. But since 2019 they started to produce a lot of new music again that resulted in the EP “New Ep” released January 2019. Musically they have now been labeled more or less a dream pop band by various blogsThe band is still a DIY project although not based in Christoffer’s bedroom but in his living room.

Nashville, TN (December 14, 2020) – Fast rising country artist Joe Berk embarked on his socially-distanced, fan-funded “The Pandemic Tour” today. He will be making stops in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada and Utah during the first leg, ending on 12/21.
“The Pandemic Tour” is completely fan-funded, with incentives like t-shirts, drink koozies, music video credits, unique experiences and more rewarded to donors. Joe will start off the campaign by donating 10% of all proceeds to Save The Music Foundation, which partners with local communities and school districts to build sustainable music programs. Due to Covid-19, many schools have been forced to cut musical arts programs from curriculums, causing extracurricular activities like chorus and band to suffer. The more money raised during “The Pandemic Tour,” the higher percentage donated – with an ambitious goal of $1B. If Joe achieves this $1B goal, he has pledged to donate 100% of all proceeds. If you’d like to contribute to “The Pandemic Tour” click HERE!
The tour, which will take place in open fields, driveways and front lawns, will be completely live-streamed, with footage being used in Joe’s upcoming music video for his song “Firsts.” Covid-19 precautions will be taken at each stop, where attendees will be encouraged to wear masks, remain at least six-feet apart and follow all CDC guidelines.
“They said Joe, you’re crazy…there’s no way you can just come up with an idea, plan a tour and set off on your journey with only five days notice,” he explains. “Well, I’m here to prove all the haters wrong and hopefully put the biggest smile on their faces when I get to their town! My goal is to make this the biggest live music event of 2020, and I’m not going to stop until WE make it happen. Just stay distanced, shout to each other and let’s show the world we can still have a party. Imagine something as sick as Fyre Festival, but it actually happens!”
About Joe Berk:
What is country music these days anyways? While the genre has in a way become genre-less, it has always meant one thing to Joe Berk – the story of your roots and what you grew up on. As long as the lyrics tell a great story, and you incorporate country sounds like banjos and pedal steel – that’s country music.
Known for his high intellect, ambition and extreme work ethic, Joe graduated from University of Michigan with a 4.11 GPA. He spent a year and a half working as a Big 3 Management consultant with McKinsey & Company, helping multi-billion dollar companies solve their toughest problems. After spending up to 80 hours a week working in cars, planes and hotel rooms, Joe realized it was time to move on and chase his true passion – music.
Drawing inspiration from R&B, Motown, Rock, and Hip-Hop, he has fused those elements with traditional country songwriting to develop a unique sound with witty lyrics and catchy modern hooks.
Joe’s debut single “Tie A Knot”, which has been featured on Detroit’s biggest country station, 99.5 WYCD, is a prime example, which tells the story of a relationship through all the little moments.
Over the past month, Joe has absolutely BLOWN UP on social media – accumulating over 1M total views on his videos, 10K followers on Instagram and another 5K on TikTok. He is also now working with some of the best Grammy-nominated producers in Nashville, TN, and is starting to receive features and reposts on some of the biggest social media outlets in the country music space (e.g., Yee Yee Apparel, which has over 350K followers on Instagram and is owned by country music star Granger Smith).
Nashville, TN (December 17, 2020) – Singer/songwriter Charlotte Morris recently released her first full length album, “Songs for My Next Ex.” You can listen HERE!
“Songs for My Next Ex” is the most personal project Charlotte has released to date, with all of the songs being written during and about her most recent relationship. When the album is listened to in order, the story will fall into place – the joy, love, sorrow and growth. The album was both recorded and produced during quarantine.
“Songs for My Next Ex has been transformative for me – both as a woman and as an artist,” Charlotte explains. “I am so excited to finally get other ears on it and watch the story unfold for the first time for new listeners. It’s definitely terrifying to put this much of my heart and soul out into the world, but I feel like so many people experience this kind of emotional rollercoaster. Even if one person can relate, and hopefully find a strength like I did from these songs, it will be worth it!”
About Charlotte Morris:
Charlotte Morris is a nomadic singer-songwriter whose music showcases a unique blend of folk, pop, rock, & country music. From her lilting folk ballads to her rock anthems for a new generation, Charlotte displays a wide aptitude for various styles. She draws inspiration from many of her favorite artists including Delta Rae, Brandi Carlile, Sara Bareilles, and Liz Longely, as well as folk legends like Peter, Paul and Mary, Simon & Garfunkel, and Joni Mitchell. Her songs, which are mostly auto-biographical, also reflect her years in the theatre, with nuances and lyrical storytelling akin to musical theatre writing. Described as “the love-child of Judy Collins, deftly playing her violin, guitar and our heartstrings”, Charlotte’s music and heartfelt on-stage presence bring audience members along for the emotional ride.
Charlotte released her debut EP To New York, With Love in June 2018, which received recognition from newspapers, music blogs, and playlists worldwide. Since then, Charlotte has released a number of singles, including 2 “quarantunes” about the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as a 5 song EP, Sputnik, produced by Nashville-based, Mitch Dane. In Spring 2019, Charlotte embarked on her first solo tour, performing in 15+ cities across the country including Nashville, Austin, and NYC. Songs for My Next Ex is Charlotte’s first full length album. It is an 8-part “story album” that, when listened to from top to bottom, takes the listener through the highs and lows, the goods and bads, of a tumultuous, yet transformative relationship. Once again, Charlotte bares her soul to her listeners, providing them with an in-depth look into her life and her heart.

November 20th, 2020 (New York, NY): Cat and The Queen has released her newest alt-pop single called “Bear Boy.” This track will be accompanied by a whimsical and emotionally loaded music video that will be released mid-December 2020. This is the first single off Cat and The Queen’s upcoming album, I Caught A Fish, dropping early next year.
“You know when you break up with someone and it just doesn’t feel like you want it to? Like, you want to feel like you’re free and empowered and evolved and jetsetting but instead you just feel really fucking sad. And you miss them. You miss their dirty apartment. You miss the sight of them reading comics on your toilet with the door open. You miss sleeping in their arms. Ya. That’s what this song is.” – Cat and The Queen
With her synth and prose-style vocals, Cat and The Queen wrote this simple yet emotionally weighted song as she spent months alone (during COVID-19 quarantine of Summer 2020) in a cabin in the woods, in Northern Ontario. Mixed and co-produced by CATQ’s long time collaborator, Alex Gamble, CATQ uses honest and humorous lyrics alongside a simple drumbeat — the result is the listener gets to truly visualize and humanize CATQ’s heartbreak. With only her drum machine and a sad love poem about her ex, CATQ asks: “Why does doing the right thing still hurt so much? I miss you. What else can I say?”
Cat and The Queen (CATQ) is the name that embodies both Cat Montgomery, Toronto-based singer-songwriter, and her beloved keyboard whom she calls adoringly, “The Queen.” Playing piano from a very young age, CATQ combines her musical skill with her work as a theatre artist to make each song she creates a raw and visceral experience. Two albums later, and many electrifying stage shows under her belt, Cat and The Queen is a musical and theatrical outfit that serves as an outlet to create and perform, in motion, stories of the heart.

Canadian duo 401 WST throws it back to the ’80s with the epic debut of their 3-track “Our House” EP, composed of recently released “Do The Damn Thang” and 2 brand new songs that fuse hip-hop sounds and house music. The DJ/producer partners create a seamless fusion of genres on “Real Quick” and its accompanying music video; classic hip-hop rhythms are complemented by a deep rolling bassline and kickdrums to add an electronic flair. “Alive” follows suit of “Do The Damn Thang” and is perhaps the more house-influenced of the two new tracks, melding a tech-house bassline and deeply reverberating synths with hedonistic lyrics about partying and hitting the dance floor – a novel concept in the global pandemic. The “Our House” EP evokes memories of Chicago in the ’80s when hip-hop and house were at their heyday in the underground. As Black musicians, the duo places very high importance on taking it back to the essence of where house music began and paying homage to the originators of it all. 401 WST‘s sound is raw and unfiltered, providing a breath of fresh air in the age of autotune, and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
International DJ 4Korners and emerging producer Ashton Adams come together to form 401 WST, which is named after the highway that connects their Canadian hometowns of Toronto and Cambridge. Prior to the project, 4Korners experienced global success and has performed at the Cannes Film Festival, London Fashion Week, Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi, and the Olympic Games, among others. He has also been awarded the prestigious titles of Canadian DJ Of The Year and an NBA Championship as Official DJ of the Toronto Raptors. Ashton Adams‘ production versatility stems from his exposure to a wide variety of genres. From the classic hip hop sound of 50 Cent and Lil Wayne, all the way to heavy metal bands such as August Burns Red and Under Oath. As 401 WST, the two artists have set out to create music that focuses less on commercialization and more on the old school values of bringing people together and having a good time. With such a unique sound and feel-good approach, “Our House” is the beginning of an exciting journey for 401 WST.

Eleri Angharad has announced her latest single New Sin will be released on Friday 13th November 2020 via streaming/digital download platforms. The Swansea based siren’s latest single sees her explore her sultrier pop side, observing the story of two strangers beginning a love affair.
Inspired by her legendary hometown venue Sin City, Swansea; New Sin showcases Eleri’s pop susceptibilities as she continues to explore her artistry. Stepping away slightly from her country roots sound, Eleri proves that she’s just as comfortable writing a moody, sexy and alluring pop banger. From the get go, her softly provocative vocals take you on a journey building from an almost whisper in your ear to an eruptive passionate chorus.
The lyrics pack that same dreamy imagery that her songs have become known and loved for. New Sin makes you a fly on the wall inside the hallowed walls of Sin City, as you watch the drama of two lovers intertwine and begin a forbidden love. The eerie and seductive production adds to this evoking lyrical story with a heart-thumping beat from long-time producer Lee House (XY&O, Catrin Finch).
“New Sin is about the thrill of two lovers, locking eyes and beginning a steamy love affair. I’ve spent many a night out in Sin City and always catch myself observing and soaking in the atmosphere, capturing snapshots of peoples’ lives, in-between a few drinks and dancing – of course.
It’s a love lesson to characters that should know better. Does it become a one-night stand or blossom into something more? I’ll leave that for you to decide.” Eleri teases.
We don’t need reminding that 2020 has been extremely difficult for independent artists but, Eleri Angharad released her single Blank Walls back in April. Since then it has racked up over 150,000 streams on Spotify alone; her biggest success to date! Backed up with positive critical success from influential new music blog Fresh on the Net, hailing the track as ‘Kacey Musgraves meets London Grammar.’
The track gained playlisting on numerous influential and sought-after digital playlists. She also created her own her own weekly lives series, Eleri’s Sunday Sessions, a collaborative stream with artists from across the globe.
“I wanted to do something different with a live stream, that would interest people and be more fun for me. So, I created the Sunday Sessions where I invite another artist to come and perform songs alongside me, then we discuss them, what influences them and check in with their lives. We’ve been connecting different music lovers with artists they’ve never discovered before. It’s also led to some exciting collaborations, which you might hear in the future….”
These will also return in coming months, with some new and exciting guests planned.
Eager to help others, Eleri has started her own social media company Mondaay Media after growing her audience substantially over the past year, she wanted to help other artists and small businesses thrive. Eleri also joined forces with singer/songwriter Naomi Rae to create Siren Songwriting, a female song writing community based in Cardiff designed to create a safe, collaborative space for women.
2019, was no gap year either as she finally released her debut album Earthbound to critical acclaim. “Eleri Angharad is most certainly one to watch and takes the listener on a rather impressive journey” – (Rebecca Haslam, God is in the TV Zine) and the title track was added to the Welsh A-List on BBC Radio Wales.
BBC Radio Wales’ Eleri Sion felt transported to the music city by exclaiming “Didn’t we step into Nashville there!” Straight after airing it on her daytime show. Eleri Angharad also managed to squeeze in 3 complete tours covering the UK and mainland Europe over 39 dates, two sell out launch parties in Cardiff and Swansea all to support the release. This was following on from her previous success of her first Welsh language single Dal FiA-listed on BBC Radio Cymru and her music has also been played on by Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music.
New Sin by Eleri Angharad is out on Friday 13th November via all major streaming and digital download platforms. Listen here*
Signed to Power & Money Records, his visceral vulnerability defines a new style altogether.
Born and bred in the hip-hop hotbed of the Magnolia Projects, he immediately gravitated towards rap. Inspired by everyone from hometown heroes such as Juvenile, Solja Slim, and LilWayne to DMX and Eve, he can vividly recall rapping in third grade during lunch. By 12-years-old, he recorded his first song and joined a local group that regularly performed around the neighborhood.
During 2015, he quietly started uploading tracks and freestyles online. His “Tuesday Freestyle” eclipsed half-a-million total plays and caught the attention of Cash Money Records Co-Founder and hip-hop legend Bryan ‘Birdman’Williams. The icon personally signed Neno Calvin and immediately got to work.
Kicking off a creative partnership, the budding talent teamed up with Birdman on the acclaimed 2016 single “Ms. Gladys” and follow-up “Fuk Em”. He also graced the tracklistings of high-profile 2018 releases such as the Before AnythangOriginal Motion Picture Soundtrack and the collaborative Lost At Sea II by Birdman and Jacquees on “GWSC.” He reached a new creative and critical plateau on 2019’s Neeny Wonder. Paying homage to Stevie Wonder with his alter ego and smoky take on the Hotter Than July album artwork, his storytelling, and style flourished across the ten tracks, especially on “Never Knew”—noted by The Fader among “The 10 best new rap songs right now.”
About his rise, Cash Money Records Co-Founder and Chief
Executive Ronald ‘Slim’ Williams commented, “Neno Calvinis next level. He strikes an emotional nerve that few artists do because he goes all-in. There’s nothing held back. He embodies integrity as an artist.”
“The toughest among us tend to be the most vulnerable. If you can show your true self to the world without fear, you can do anything.” Neno Calvin pulls no punches in his self-patented, “Emotional gangsta music.” Instead, the New Orleans-born and Atlanta-based rapper strike a delicate balance between magnetic melodies and hard-hitting bars. That combination powered up a string of independent projects—such as the Calvinism series, Gimme That IV, I for I, Cvlvino, and Nenola2—past 10 million cumulative streams across platforms. It also incited high praise with The Fader crowning him, “Best rapper in New Orleans,” in 2019.
Teenage singer, influencer and Kids Choice Award-winner, Rosie McClelland brings a dose of fun to 2020 with another brand new single, ‘Girls’ – out worldwide on October 16th. The young British star’s previous projects include starring in her own Warner Brothers feature film ‘Sophia Grace and Rosie’s Royal Adventure’, while famously being a regular guest on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’, within which she hosted red carpet interviews for The Grammy’s, MTV VMA and American Music Awards. Rosie has soared, from covering Nicki Minaj’s ‘Superbass’ in a viral hit, to releasing her very own music – including the 3 singles ‘Handstand’, ’LaLa’ and ‘Tik Tok’. With over 2 million followers and more than 500 million views across her content, Rosie is a strong online force among teens alike.
Rosie’s second single this year is ‘Girls’ – a bubble-gum pop anthem with girl power at it’s core. The single captures the high school experience for Gen Z teens, who put friendship first! Including her most cultivated lyrics to date, we witness Rosie arrive in the verses with a woke attitude to growing up. Meanwhile, the chorus and its catchy hook leaves us with an unforgettable reminder that “It don’t get no better than GIRLS!”. Like all of Rosie’s releases, there is an infectious urge to sing along – much like Little Mix’s ‘Wings’ – sporting the same inspired energy, lyrically & sonically.
Rosie’s previous singles have earned over 15 million streams and views online. This release comes during a time where girl empowerment is continuously stronger than ever and where teen pop is a rightful escape, during an ongoing pandemic.
Music industry press points : The song was recorded in Los Angeles, produced by K-pop super-producer Alawn (who’s credits include SuperM, NCT 127, Park Bom, Flo Rida), and recent multi-platinum NBC Songland star Dyson (who has also penned hits for BTS, Astrid S, Kenzie, Girls Generation). Rosie recently signed a deal with international management agency The Hello Group, chaired by former Virgin Records and Warner Bros. Records CEO Phil Quartararo and relative new-comer, music executive Taylor Jones.
