Mishael Morgan Interview

by

How would you compare your role as Hilary in The Young and The Restless to your role as Jamie?
Jamie and Hilary are actually very similar. There are both very driven, young professionals who are trying to make a name for themselves in their industry. Hilary definitely has a darker past and is a little more capable of vengeful behavior, but Jamie also has a lot of street smarts and fight in her. Both these girl are not above getting down and dirty to get what they want.

Are there any other projects that you’re working on at this time that you would want to share with us?
I have a lot of awesome projects that have just been release so keep an eye out for me on CW’s Backpackers and Dark Rising: Warrior of World, which recently aired on the SUPERCHANNEL.

When you are not busy working, what are some activities that you like to do?
Eating! As an actor, I spend a lot of time away from home, so I love catching up with my friends and family over amazing food… and drinks! I love scoping out new restaurants all over the city and finding great unassuming places with incredible food. I also love baking and hiking off the calories!

What would you say is one weird/surprising fact about yourself?
I slammed my thumb in a car door when I was 5 and it was never the same. It looks weird and different from the rest of my fingers.

Since this is the Oct/Nov issue, I have a fun question for you: out of all the costumes you have worn for Halloween, which one was your favorite and why?
I won Best Costume a few years ago with this sexy cop costume. It was super sexy, but the details on the pants and top were amazing and the handcuffs… [laughs] I felt so in charge. I loved it!
